The Delmhorst FX-20 Digital Moisture Meter for Hay is the latest in the new Navigator family of moisturemeters from Delmhorst. Uniquelydesigned for use in the field with a dashboard-like display that is easy toread under most conditions, and large, easy to use navigation buttons. TheDelmhorstFX-20 Hay meter is perfect for large andsmall volume producers to ensure reliable %MC readings in the windrow or in allsize bale packages. Accessories
1985 - The 1985 is a replacement 30ft coaxial cable for the 1986 bale chamber sensor. Also available in 36ft and 40ft lengths as 1985/36 and 1985/40 respectively.

1986/EXTENSION - Extends mounting bolts used when installing 1986 bale chamber sensor. Used for newer balers with thick chamber walls.

324CAS-0065 Carrying Case - This carrying case may be purchased as a part of one of our deluxe moisture meter packages, and fits all prods except the 1986 bale sensor, 830-3 prod, and 830-4 prod. Can also be purchased separately.

MCS-4 - This moisture content standard is great for verifying that your F-series hay moisture meter is in calibration. With two electrical resistance values (16% and 22%) to test your meter against, you can be sure that your readings will stand up to the strictest standards of accuracy. The MCS-4 is also available with a letter of certification traceable to NIST.

1986 Bale Sensor - For continuous monitoring during baling. Comes with 30 cable to run from the sensor mounted in the bale chamber to the meter in the cab. May be used with any model, but is recommended to use with Model FX-2000.
- Also available as 1986/40 with 40 cable for larger balers.

830 Series Prods for testing standard and high density bales (requires H-4 Handle). Available as: - 830-2 10 prod.

831 Short Pin Prod - For testing hay in the windrow (requires H-4 Handle).

H-4 Handle - Electrode handle that attaches to the built-in connector on the top of any moisture meter. Can be used with the 830 series prods, 831 short pin disc shaped prod, and 832 long pin disc shaped prod. This is useful for large or high density bales of hay or scrap paper. Two handed operation is recommended over using a prod that connects directly to the top of the meter (like our 1235 series) to minimize stress placed on the meter casing.
